How to make a reservation?
We only require a minimum of 50% downpayment to secure your dates.

Is cooking allowed?
Yes, our kitchen is available for use including all appliances and equipment.
We only have a minimal surcharge of ₱500 for use of LPG tank & griller w/ charcoal; to be paid upon check-in.

Are pets allowed?
We allow pet entry (₱1,000) but limited to one big or two small pets only.
Pets are allowed in common areas and ground floor but not allowed in the swimming pool.
Please clean up after your pets to avoid additional cleaning charges.

Do you allow rebooking?
Rebooking is allowed only once and must be advised at least 3 weeks before check-in date.
Otherwise, reservation fee will be forfeited.
Rebooking is not allowed for discounted rates.

Do you refund cancellations?
Full refund for cancellation made 30 days before check-in.
Otherwise, reservation fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations are not allowed for discounted rates.

GENERAL RULES
We require a Security Deposit of ₱3,000 upon check-in, which may be refunded upon check-out depending on additional charges that your group may be fined with.

Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms and bathrooms.
We have a designated smoking area on the ground floor.
Charges related to cleaning and deodorizing will be applied.
Penalty: ₱2,500

Littering is prohibited.
We have designated garbage bins around the premises for your trash.
Do not litter in plant boxes and gardens. Also, please clean up after your pets.
Penalty: ₱2,000
​
Pets are allowed in the common areas and first floor only.
Please do not allow pets to the 2nd floor of the building as this will incur additional cleaning charges.
Penalty: ₱1,500
​
Moving of furniture is strictly not allowed.
Please use them as them as they are arranged.
Penalty: ₱1,000
​
Grilling is only allowed beyond the carport area.
Transferring of the griller inside the building or near the outdoor water tank will charged.
Penalty: ₱1,000
(Only applicable for Villa 1)

Damage/s to any resort property will be charged a penalty.
Items provided by the resort must be kept in good condition and returned upon check-out.
Penalty: ₱**,*** (subject for approval)

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property, and/or accidents caused by themselves, their guests, or for whom they are responsible, in the duration of their stay.

RESERVATIONS
Please check availability before requesting for a quotation.
​
We only require 50% downpayment to reserve your slot.
We only accept payments through our BDO account with account name of Eunesse Hilario.
Rebooking is allowed only once and must be advised at least 3 weeks before check-in date. Otherwise, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
Rebooking and cancellation is not applicable for discounted rates.
Full Payment is required upon check-in.
Reservations are accepted and confirmed only for the number of guests declared on the booking confirmation. Additional guest/s exceeding package capacity will be charged ₱1,000/guest. Guests 2 years old and below are excluded from the headcount.

Check-in and out time slots are 2 PM and 12 PM. Requests for time adjustments are subject for approval and availability. Additional hour/s exceeding confirmed package duration will be charged ₱1,000/hour.
